1. DJ Jer Music uses LED lighting technology which runs on about a 1/4 of power compared to regular DJ lighting. These lights pull less power and also are very safe because they don't give off heat. The bulbs on a LED fixture last on the average about 10,000 to 100,000 hours. Halogen bulbs are very fragile and last about 100 to 500 hours. When they are blown, they are then disposed in the landfill which will never get the chance to break down.

2. Sound efficiency is important. By using the correct equipment such as amps and power conditioners we can cut down on the amount of required amperage drawn.


3. Paper trail is a big problem. Most companies will make you print out form after form after form so you can plan your dance. With us, you can plan your entire wedding day without a single piece of paper by using your computer. You can log on to our server and pick out your music and plan your wedding day to perfection at anytime of the day from any computer. Everything gets uploaded to us and when it comes time for your event, you don't have to worry about loosing any of your important information.


4. Smoking and drinking is prohibited with our company. Our entertainers do not smoke or drink especially at your event. Most people wonder why this is important. Because when you come up to your DJ and they smell like smoke, you are harming the air quality of your guests.


5. Using fuel efficient vehicles is also important because of the emissions given off and the fuels being used. We use minivans to transport our equipment instead of using trucks or pickups. We also use an ethanol based fuel which burns cleaner and also helps stimulate our local economy.


6. Giving back by providing GREEN power is something that everyone can do. There are many organizations out there that provide power through wind generation, hydro, and solar. By supporting those companies, you can give back to a cleaner source of energy.
